Underpass under the Oldenburg - Wilhelmshaven railway line for pedestrians and cyclists at Nedderend. It has old style obstructions at either end.
The railway line at Nedderend is almost level, so the underpass drops a full 1.70 m deep. It is only 3 m wide with an interior height of 2.40 m.

The link between Nedderend and Babenend is now missing. We need an under path underneath the A293 motorway.
As the A293 under path at the railway track has been lost, the city should construct a counter-flow segregated cycleway on the north-eastern side to connect Babenend with Nedderend. The carriageway on Rauhehorst here is 11 metres wide.

Nedderend is a quiet, residential street. It has an under path for pedestrians and cyclists underneath the railway track to Wilhelmshaven, making it a very popular route with cyclists.
Würzburger Straße Oldenburg is an important link between Quartier Alte Fleiwa and the Pferdemarkt. It has some traffic slowing bays.

Near the cemetery, much space is being reserved for motorised traffic and stationary cars. On a narrow pavement cycling is permitted. The road layout guides cyclists onto this inadequate pavement, see #178757.
