[More recent image and comment: #177267.] [Image taken 26.2.21 during lockdown] Micklegate, York. Two scooters among the Sheffields. The one on the left is in the correct location. The one on the right is not and blocks use of the 2 cycle parking spaces. In March 2019, City of York Council declared a Climate Emergency. Plus the cycle racks are usually at capacity during non covid-times and more is needed. Scooters require electricity and to be serviced by vehicles. They are therefore much less 'green' than cycles. I believe car parking should be removed to accommodate any scooter bays. See also: #164327, #164328, #164329
