[UPDATE: The same drivers return (registrations: YG59RNX and DA55FNW) seemingly each Saturday. See: #179209, #179210.] [Image taken 23.12.21.] West Esplanade, York (west bank of the Ouse). [NOTE: No street view at this location.] Is this permitted parking? Is it the source of the mud: #177017 and links. Anyone parking here has to drive along the riverside used by cyclist, pedestrians, and people in wheelchairs. As soon as you introduce a motor vehicle into the equation the feeling of safety is lost.
