[UPDATE: These have been removed.] [Image taken 18.1.22] Filey Terrace, junction with Hudson Street, York. Abandoned cones. Blocking the already area that is two-way for all road users and very narrow. Available to anyone who thinks they could have some ‘fun’ with one or all of them. Making the locality look scruffy and perhaps encouraging copycat behaviour such as dumping rubbish here. And paidfor assets that are not doing their job and may be written off and re-purchased.
