Problems caused by abandoned bikes on racks where there is a high demand.

The stickered bike and the blue bike have been unused for several weeks and have very low pressure in their tyres. The blue one was reported a month ago but the tag was removed so it the council cannot remove it. I've reported both bikes again on 30th March 2022.
