[UPDATE: 6.3.23 A vehicle from Garlands was again here today. Parking here blocks the cycle channel. I don't think those improve safety for people who cycle. But parking on the double yellows within the 'pound' means no user has any view of what's ahead. This is important here as the access/exit to the measures reduce the carriageway to one lane and you need to be able to see if another user is entering or is in the pound before you move into it.] [Image taken 25.1.23] Burton Stone Lane, York. This company – Garlands – has been blocking this cycle facility before. It also means any road user at this end of the measures installed in November 2022 (see: #187753) have no sight lines.
