The path marked on your map across the triangle shaped green between Ditton Meadows and Wadloes Road should be landscaped and surfaced so that is safe to cycle on. There is a steep bank on the North side and after wet weather, particularly in winter, the path becomes a quagmire making it unsafe to cycle on. I have nearly come off trying to go up the bank. Following the construction of the Chisholm Trail bridge this path is part of the quickest route from Cambridge North Station to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus so it should be upgraded. It is a shame that after the expense of the bridge, some connecting paths have still not been improved.
