Much improved bollard arrangement at the start of the path to the Riverside Bridge.
The previous pair of bollards forced people entering and leaving the path into each others' way, creating conflict and confusion (see #13896 ). This single, central bollard allows people to pass either side of it, just like at any road junction, dividing flows rather than forcing them together.
