"Cyclists Dismount" sign in a contraflow cycle lane at roadworks. See #31317 for the view from the other side.

The other side of the road contains fixed buildouts, meaning that it would be difficult to divert the lane around the obstruction. The obvious solution (were this a traffic lane) would be temporary traffic lights. In practice cyclists just ignore the dismount sign, bringing them and it into disrepute.
