Another example of awkward conditions on Sedgwick Avenue. With pedestrians stepping off the pavement from behind the trees without looking, I try to make sure I'm not going to get surprised and stick a yard or so away from the kerb.

With parked cars on the other side this makes it difficult to pass and almost certainly shouldn't be done.

However, this Chubb driver doesn't care, again, breaking "Highway code rule 163".

And you'll just notice at the end of the clip, the driver is only going another 50 yards then turning right. Wow, saved almost a second there by being dangerous.
