This was pretty scary. I've moved over slightly as ther road surface near the verge is terrible right here.

This van passes really quite close at considerable speed and then starts to pull in. The scary bit was the movement of the trailor as it moved towards me at over 50mph.

Again, breaking "Highway code rule 163".

As the Highway code picture shows, why isn't the driver all the way over the central line? There's no need to be this close.
