Cycle by-pass on entrance to Garden Walk from Victoria Road.
This is unclear, not least as the sign has deteriorated and there is no cycle symbol either on the sign or on the ground.
Only the no-entry signs are clearly visible to those trying to turn right into the street.
This has become important as councillors are calling for action on anti-social cyclists - ie. those cycling where cycling is not permitted and police are taking action. I've commented further at rtaylor.co.uk/5482
