This goes to show that parking on developments is usually very lax in it's reference to the law and to maintaining through routes. I cannot cross over the white line onto the pavement to the right, as that would be cycling on the pavement and is illegal. It's also illegal to drive a vehicle on the pavement and to block a cyclelane with a parked vehicle.

Obviously work needs to be done, but they need to be making more of an effort to be safe to vunerable road users.
