I just crossed over the road at a toucan crossing and cycled up the road towards my left turn. Usually around half way up I hear the crossing stop beeping. I know, as I go around 15mph, that I'll beat any car to the next turn, as long as they stick to the 30mph road limit.

So, I was a little shocked when I heard something coming up and realised it was going at some considerable speed. Here's what I found out when I looked at my camera's filming.

Camera is running at a shot every half second.

0.5 seconds to cover nearly 45 foot = ~60mph
1.0 seconds to cover over 68 foot = ~ 46mph

This is a 30mph limit area approaching a junction just after crossing a pedestrian crossing.

Anyone have any thoughts about the driving license of the driver of B13 LGO?
