Road maintenance going on in Gwydir Street, limiting the amount of on-road space.

For some reason, this lorry driver decided this would be a good place to do a delivery.

Not only blocking emergency access, but actually stopped in the advanced stop box, and close enough to make it difficult for pedestriains to cross.
