More 'wacky' gates on the Ridgeway. Because the university believes deeply that they cannot do anything nice without also doing something horrible.

The reasoning seems to be that 'cyclists' need to be 'punished'! For their own good! So throw up random barriers that exclude people with disabilities, knock off novice riders & create slip hazards for everyone.
