Flower Street looking towards its junction with Blossom Street.
The question: "Is it legal to turn left at the end of this street?"
The highway code [www.highwaycode.gov.uk/signs04.htm] says: "Signs with blue circles but no red border mostly give positive instruction".
If left turns are not legal, why isn't there a No Left Turn sign?
Blossom Street is two way to the left, but one-way North to South to the right.
