A bus driver who is happy to block a lane dedicated to cycles while waiting to pass other traffic in a lane dedicated to cycles and buses. Dog in the manger?

I think the bus stop here is designed to hold up traffic by being only one lane wide, in an attempt to prevent this new development from becoming a 'rat-run'.

This bus was blocking the cycle lane all the way down Hilsl Road - there's absolutely no need to filter left for Station Road so early.
