See clip at http://youtu.be/2nOfkZNAgho I often ride at lunchtime for a bit of time outdoors. I choose routes that avoid roads, especially busy ones, as much as possible. Today it was a combination of http://radwagon.blogspot.co.uk/2013/ ... [more]

See clip at http://youtu.be/8ajCOryGta4 Passing the roadworks on Grange Road and saw a completely useless sign. Halfway through the disruption is a blue "Cyclists Dismount" sign. I believe these signs are often put up in cyclelanes a ... [more]

See clip at http://youtu.be/3-AHI_rScSs The oncoming taxi flashes the driver on the left side road to indicate for them to come out. Luckily the driver on the side road knows not to trust anyone else with their driving responsibilities. ... [more]

See clip at http://youtu.be/Rb5Pz_J-o4o At this pinch point there's a side lane for people cycling. This taxi driver decides that it's a parking space and blocks it completely. In the usual fashion there's a space to stop off-road and of ... [more]

See clip at http://youtu.be/0g5hYdze2b0 I heard this van racing up just before the pinch point. They then raced on to the red light ahead. Clearly not bothered by petrol prices as happy to burn it. I checked satellite photos against f ... [more]

See clip at http://youtu.be/_ttZ5-lgIBI This bit of road is always a bit dodgy. Drivers do tend to assume cyclists are happy being driven into the kerb as it moves out. Here's a classic example. I'm normally good at holding my line t ... [more]
