I found this one lying in front of the University Bookshop with the lock having rolled out of the basket. It has a flat front tyre.
It has been reported using the City Council's abandoned bike service.

Rather surprised to see a Bike & Go bike in Cambridge (and with a passenger on the back) - the nearest rental point is in Ely.
The wheel still attached to the lamppost, the bike frame upturned on the handlebars and rear wheel missing. I'd guess that this is a classic case of theft of bike parts. A few days later: #94340.
