Perse School bus stop 3/10/15

Start of new segregated cycle track on Hills Road, Cambridge - one side only, so presumably southbound cyclists will be on the footway to the left, ie effectively riding on the right.

The ramps to Riverside Bridge are 4m wide, colour segregated into a 1.5m footlane and a 2.5m wide redmac cyclelane. For comparison, Green Dragon Bridge is 2.6m narrow . See short videos of the morning rush: http://iitm.be/CBrush

Instead of removing the cycle lane and widening the footway, to use cyclists as traffic-calming for the constant flow of taxis, would it be possible to put in a short stretch of hybrid cycle lane, for cyclists from the Carter Bridge towards ... [more]
