'Cycleway Suspended' sign due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - it looks well enough organised here, but there was a queue of cars all around the Waitrose car park where the lights were only letting a few cars out at a time.

The driver was happy to stop, but really didn't need to block the cycleway on the new 'Dutch-style' Fendon Road roundabout.

I assume this refers only to cyclists wanting to cross to Brooklands Avenue - there's no reason not to continue riding on the shared-use to the right.

On the plus side they haven't put a 'Cyclists Dismount' sign here, which is to be commended. On the downside, we have lots of signs on the pavement. We need a LTN/change in the law.

Mill Road bridge BUS GATE comes into operation from Monday 20 July 2020.

No Overtaking Cyclists Through Works sign - good. Van stopped just before the temporary lights - less good.

Histon Road works - 'except cycles' signs now attached to the Road Closed signs.

Construction at Cambridge University Library - the sign at the other end only refers to pedestrians, not cyclists.

Road Closed for sinkhole repairs - but of course (on Sunday morning) pedestrians and cyclists are actually passing freely.

The usual Road Closed sign - and indeed the footway to the left is closed, but access has been provided to the right for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

One of those iconic Cambridge photos.

Road Closed (sign blown over) - I'm not sure this is part of the Histon Road roadworks.

King's College Cambridge I've never before seen people sitting on the grass in front of this college. Society is breaking down!

Work on the Coton path. Shouldn't close the path and clear through the West Cambridge site. It's sewer works. Great job for a hot day!

The works have started on the Mill Road bridge bus gate.

Not immediately clear why they've done this now, but this section of Bridge Street is two way for traffic. Might be a surprise for some on bikes.

Cambridgeshire County Council has removed the cycle lane markings on Shelford Rd, apparently as part of their response to Covid-19 - no idea what they plan to replace them with, but it doesn't seem to make much sense as yet.
